To the day that your new windows and doors are installed and right through the next ten years that your products are guaranteed for. After your project is complete we will still be here incase you need anything or experience any problems with your products. All new doors will go through a ‘settling’ period after being installed and during this time we will provide you with assistance and advice on any issues that may arise.
All Jeffrey James Windows products come with a minimum 10 year warranty with some of our products offering an unrivalled 20 year guarantee!
Once your installation has been completed you will have 72 hours before we send the final invoice to ensure that everything is to your satisfaction before you make the final payment.
After 6 weeks you will receive a customer care call to ensure that you have registered any extended guarantees and to ensure that you have received the relevant Fensa certificates.
After 12 months you may be contacted by Customer Care and asked to fill in a questionnaire for feedback on your new products 1 year after installation.

As all the products that we offer at Jeffrey James Windows are high quality, when you purchase any products from Jeffrey James Windows, you can be confident that these have been constructed to the highest of standards. As a result they come with a 10 year guarantee as standard as long as the maintenance manual is followed where necessary.
The warranty provides a guarantee that runs for a 10 year period to cover against any major problems with your new products. We offer if required an insurance for accidental damage to any of your products that we can set up for a small monthly fee. Ask if you are interested at your free consultation. Whatever you have bought you can rest assured that the Jeffrey James Windows Customer Care team will be on hand to assist you with any issues that you may have from the day they are installed right through to the end of your guarantee and beyond!
Some of our products need registering direct with the manufacturers for extended guarantees. Please take time to register your products directly with the manufacturer where required. If you need any help with this please give us a call. You will find a maintenance and user guide along with your final invoice in the after sales care pack that is delivered to you after the installation.
