Why don’t you give out prices on the website?

When you buy windows and doors you aren’t buying an off-the-shelf product – you are buying something that is made specifically for you and your requirements. All of our products are custom made to order and for your unique measurements giving you greater thermal efficiency. Prices include installation and removal of old frames and doors, unlike many other companies. That is why prices can’t be given out as standard because there is no such thing as a standard window. The price will vary greatly depending on the material you choose from UPVC windows to Aluminium windows and the size and specification of the windows required.

Do you charge for a home visit?

No unlike other companies who charge a survey fee, we offer free consultations to all our customers to discuss your home improvement requirements. Our main headquarters are situated near Lancaster. However we have installation teams that operate out of Carlisle, Barrow In Furness, Penrith, Kendal, Blackburn, Lytham and Preston and cover their surrounding areas. Will there be disruption to my home?

We have highly trained installation teams who have an excellent reputation not for just fitting windows and doors but for also treating your home the way it deserves to be treated. Your home is precious to you and we pay great attention to detail. We ground sheet all areas, including from the front door to the working area. They finish off all surfaces inside and out (rendering, plastering etc.), clean, polish and vacuum all the rooms that have been touched. We clear any debris and old frames, doors etc from your home at no extra cost to you.

What about security?
